My work sits at the intersection of business goals and everyday use: fewer steps, clearer decisions, and experiences people remember for the right reasons. I work as a solo designer end-to-end, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders in Hong Kong and across APAC.

I start from the real problem—for customers, partners, and the business. I map journeys and simplify complex flows before polishing the UI, explore a few directions early, and use research and feedback to decide. I design for handoff with clear specs and consistent patterns, then stay close through implementation so what ships matches the intent.
